SurveyScapes, LLC is a women-owned and operated company with a focus on quality client based relationships, deed research, locating legal boundaries, precise mapping, and landscape designs. As women we are a proud part of the 2.6% of professional land surveyors.
After working for a number of years in the Midcoast, we decided to strike out on our own. We saw a demand for land surveyors and landscape designers. We pride ourselves with prompt and honest communication with clients. As local Mainers, we love working and serving our communities.
Stephanie holds a Surveying Engineering Technology degree from the University of Maine, and has worked since 2015 as a surveyor in Mid Coast Maine, with a focus on boundary surveys, deed research, and drafting. Prior to this, she owned a landscaping company and greenhouse in the Mid-Coast for over 18 years, which focused on landscape design, installation, and maintenance. She also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Maine and is a member of the Maine Society of Land Surveyors. She loves hiking, camping, and traveling with her dog Scout.
Anne is an avid outdoors person who spent many years trying to figure out how to work outside when she grew up. She discovered land surveying and has been working in the field since 2016. Anne graduated from Warren Wilson College with a degree in Outdoor Education and later returned to the University of Maine to complete a degree in Survey Engineering Technology. Anne loves hiking, canoeing, and traveling, especially with her daughter.
